What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
It was always appealing to me to be in business with my dad. In 1988 we talked and decided that we could do heating and cooling. I liked the idea of being able to fix things as well as helping people out with a problem they were facing in their home.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
My parents are both born again Christians. I was raised in a Christian house old all my life. When I was 5 years old I realized I needed a savior. I had asked my Sunday school teacher if I could pray with her after class. She of course said yes and I asked Jesus to come into my heart and save me.  This was at Fellowship Baptist Church in Columbus, Ohio in 1974. I am so thankful for my Sunday school teacher being willing to listen to me at such a young age. I am also eternally grateful to my parents for being that Godly example and for telling me of Jesus and reading the Bible to me every night before bed time. I see how God used all these people to influence me for Christ early on.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
We do our best to be an example and Godly influence in business. It doesn’t mean we are perfect or don’t make mistakes. It means that we will fix our mistakes and learn from them. We also strive to be honest and fair about everything we do. The attitude is to do all work to honor God. I believe we are working to please God and that should show in our work.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
The LORD always provides people in my life to invest in. God has allowed me to help multiple people out in many different ways. Whether they needed prayer, a shoulder to cry on, or financial help, there is always someone in your life that can use your help. I believe that God has given me the heart to help people. I enjoy giving more than receiving. I have learned that when you are a willing vessel God puts people in your path. The goal is to be sensitive to the calling of the Holy Spirit.
