MVP Walk-In Tub and Shower is a family-owned bathroom remodeling company that specializes in walk-in tubs, walk-in showers, tub-to-shower conversions, and complete bathroom renovations. We proudly serve homeowners throughout the Dayton and Cincinnati regions by creating beautiful, safe, and accessible bathrooms that improve both comfort and quality of life. Our team is committed to providing exceptional craftsmanship while making the remodeling process transparent and stress-free.
We believe every customer deserves to be treated with honesty and genuine care, which is why we provide a detailed, down-to-the-penny quote with no surprises or hidden costs. We proudly partner with Habitat for Humanity of Greater Dayton and Rebuilding Together Dayton to transform old, grungy bathrooms into beautiful bathrooms within our community.
What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
Before starting MVP Walk-In Tub and Shower, I worked for a large national walk-in tub company where I saw firsthand how high-pressure sales tactics and misleading pricing often took advantage of elderly homeowners. Those experiences convinced me there had to be a better way to serve people.
In 2018, my business partner, Jerry Roerig, and I founded MVP Walk-In Tub and Shower with a simple mission: “Do good business while doing good.” From day one, we committed to treating every customer with honesty, respect, and transparency by providing straightforward pricing, quality craftsmanship, and never pressuring anyone into making a decision. We wanted to build a company where integrity wasn’t just a slogan, it was the standard. Today, that same mission continues to guide every conversation and every relationship we build with our customers.
How did you come to faith in Christ?
I was a raised in a very religious household. Having a firm belief in God was never a problem. I had very little true faith though. Living the life similar to the prodigal son brought me to my knees and it was then I actually accepted Christ fully into my life.
How does your faith impact the way you do business?
My faith in Jesus is the foundation for how I lead both my life and this business. I believe every customer is someone made in the image of God and deserves to be treated the same way that Christ has treated me. That means we don’t use high-pressure sales tactics or promise anything we can’t deliver. Instead, we strive to serve others with integrity, keep our word, and do what is right even when no one is watching. While we aren’t a perfect company because we’re led by imperfect people, our goal each day is to honor Christ by serving our customers, our employees, and our community with excellence and integrity.
What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
I’m a big supporter of Good Shepherd Ministries in Dayton, Ohio. They have a cause that is dear to my heart as they help those who are recovering from drug and alcohol addiction by giving them a safe place to live as well as purpose in life again.
