What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
I was introduced to financial planning through a friend of the family. They showed me that people need help with these complex issues that are always changing and how I could help them and make a positive impact in their life.
How did you come to faith in Christ?
I wish I could tell you I have been a faithful Christian since childhood. While I attended church in my younger years, I really did not develop an unwaivering faith and commitment to Christ until my early 40’s. I was having some struggles and prayed that famous prayer, “God, please help.” His grace and mercy met me and the seeds were planted.
How does your faith impact the way you do business?
I want to represent Jesus well to those around me. My faith in Christ prompts me to lead with integrity, provides a firm foundation when challenges arise, and gives purpose and meaning regardless of success or failure.
What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
We are all made in the image of our creator, and every life has meaning, purpose and value. I love to support the mission of local pregnancy resource centers who work daily to share that message with their clients!
