What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
We were looking to invest in a small business and had the opportunity to buy into the Cold Stone franchise.
How did you come to faith in Christ?
We both grew up in Christian homes and had parents that taught us about Jesus. We both made decisions as teenagers to give our lives to Christ. That has made all the difference. We have made our faith an important part of our own family and have instilled those Christian values in each of our children.
How does your faith impact the way you do business?
It affects everything we do, because Jesus is the center of our lives. It affects how we deal with customers, train our employees, and how we interact with our community. Our faith is a part of every decision we make. It is our hope that people leave our store feeling that something is different about our business. The difference is Jesus.
What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
We love and value all the young people that work for us. God has given us the opportunity over the years to work with many teenagers and young adults from all walks of life. It is rewarding to teach young people how to work hard and influence their lives in a positive way. Our employees are the best part about our business.
