Bountiful Blessings Christian Book & Gift Store is a locally owned Christian bookstore serving Fairfield and the surrounding communities. We offer a carefully selected variety of Bibles, books, gifts, church supplies, music, greeting cards, apparel, Bible study resources, and much more for every age and stage of life.

More than just a retail store, our mission is to encourage, equip, and serve our community by providing Christ-centered resources that help people grow in their faith. At Bountiful Blessings, we believe a Christian bookstore is an important part of the local community, and we’re grateful for the opportunity to be a ministry as well as a business.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
Christian bookstores have held a special place in my heart since I was a child. Some of my favorite memories are visiting Christian bookstores with my family, buying soundtracks to sing in church, and talking to those who worked in Christian stores.

As I got older, I had the opportunity to work in a Christian bookstore for about two and a half years, I dreamed of one day owning a Christian bookstore. More than 15 years ago, that dream became a reality, but because of life’s circumstances, I eventually had to close the store.

Today, I’m incredibly grateful that God has given me the opportunity to live that dream again. Owning Bountiful Blessings isn’t just a business to me—it’s a calling and a ministry. I’m thankful that the Lord has allowed me not just one opportunity, but a second chance to serve Him and our community through a Christian bookstore.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
I am incredibly thankful to have been raised by godly parents. My dad was a minister who pastored churches and traveled as a tent evangelist, so I was blessed to grow up hearing the Gospel from an early age.

At the age of five, I accepted Jesus Christ as my Savior and experienced the new birth. I was baptized in water in a creek in Kentucky. At seven years old, I received the baptism of the Holy Ghost with the evidence of speaking in tongues, and at the age of eight, I preached my first sermon under my dad’s gospel tent in Winter Haven, Florida.

Looking back, I can clearly see God’s hand guiding my life from childhood until today. While I certainly haven’t lived a perfect life, His grace and faithfulness have never failed me, and I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving Him through ministry and through Bountiful Blessings Christian Book & Gift Store.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
My faith influences every part of the way I do business. Bountiful Blessings is more than a retail store—it’s a ministry. While we strive to provide quality products and excellent customer service, we also desire for every person who walks through our doors to feel welcomed, encouraged, and valued.

I believe that honoring God means treating people with kindness, integrity, and respect. Whether we’re helping someone choose their first Bible, find the perfect gift, or simply offering a listening ear and a word of encouragement, we want every interaction to reflect the love of Christ.

My prayer is that Bountiful Blessings will be a place where lives are strengthened, churches are supported, and people leave feeling uplifted. If we can make someone’s day a little brighter while pointing them toward Jesus, then we’ve accomplished something far greater than making a sale.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
The ministry closest to my heart is helping people grow in their relationship with Jesus Christ. Whether that’s through pastoring, preaching, or helping someone find the right Bible or Christian resource, my desire is to encourage people in their walk with the Lord.

I also have a passion for strengthening local churches. We strive to provide churches with the resources they need—from communion supplies and church materials to Bibles and study resources—while being a local ministry partner they can count on.

Finally, I believe Christian bookstores play an important role in our communities. In a world where it’s becoming harder to find biblical resources locally, I want Bountiful Blessings to be a place where people can receive sound Christian resources, ask questions, find encouragement, and experience the love of Christ. It’s a privilege to serve our community in that way, and I’m grateful God has allowed me to be part of it.
