What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
When I was a boy in Wyoming, my parents sent me back to Ohio to stay with my grandpa and grandma for a few summers and help them on their large estate. There I learned the love of plants, gardening, and using equipment. We later moved back to Ohio and I continued to help them and started my own landscape and grounds care business.
How did you come to faith in Christ?
I was raised in church, and these Sunday School teachers led me to a relationship with Jesus.
How does your faith impact the way you do business?
I am blessed to steward a business for God and see Him working in it through me. Our mission: “For God’s glory improve people’s life through our services, business practices, and services is worked out daily through how we interact with our team, customers, and vendors.”
What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
We have a daily huddle where a scripture is shared and some life applications and then we start our work day in prayer. I see the transformation slow, but steady in the lives of our team.
