At 21st Century Financial, we help people make a meaningful difference in their financial lives through holistic, client-centered guidance. As independent financial advisors, we always act in our clients’ best interests—offering unbiased advice and tailored strategies. Our approach is results-driven, not transaction-driven—focused on long-term success, not short-term gains.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
I’ve always been passionate about working with people and building meaningful relationships. A strong work-life balance is important to me, and I’m grateful that my career has allowed me to prioritize both my family and personal fulfillment. This path has provided opportunities that align perfectly with my values.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
I’ve always had a strong faith and belief from an early age. While growing up we didn’t always attend church regularly, we did walk in a faith-based path. Faith woven into everyday actions, not just reserved for Sundays. My upbringing emphasized the heart of spirituality: compassion, integrity, and a desire to evolve.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
Honesty, integrity and faith are cornerstones of my practice. Using this approach to financial literacy becomes not just practical or spiritual, but transformative.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
I believe financial literacy is both practical and has a spiritual discipline. Seeing financial literacy as a spiritual discipline transforms it from a chore into a practice of wisdom and self-mastery. It’s not just about creating more—it’s about becoming more aligned, generous, and responsible.

Raise the Bar Dog Training offers behavioral training for dogs, no matter the breed, ages, or behavior issue. Teaching your dog proper behavior doesn’t have to be hard when you train with me, as I have over 20 years of experience. I’ll address your dog’s behavior problems along with teaching them basic obedience and good manners.

My in-home training sessions will be customized for the individual dog, based on what you need to address and what your lifestyle is like. I’ll start off in the home and eventually work outside of your home, in real world situations. If you are ready to have a well-behaved pup, you have come to the right place!

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
I have always been passionate about helping animals! Throughout my adult life I worked in Human Resources at various companies, but I always wanted to work with animals. As a single mother of 2 children I worked 2 jobs to make ends meet. I started part-time working at a pet store and became a dog trainer. I always wanted to specialize in working with the hard to fix cases, the ones other trainers wouldn’t touch, so now my specialty is working with dogs suffering from severe aggression and anxiety issues. The professional and certified dog training program I came across from Canine Trade Group has been proven to be successful for over two decades!

How did you come to faith in Christ?
I was raised Jewish, but didn’t really have a religious background. I had never been exposed to the Bible and its teachings. We were taught that Jesus was just a good man, not the Messiah. I slowly began to question who Jesus was, and thankfully was guided to research a group called Jews for Jesus. I reached out to them and was blown away by all the truth, scriptures, that Jesus is the Messiah. On 2/5/25 Jesus and the Holy Spirit entered into my heart and I have been blessed ever since! I started attending Calvary Church and was Baptized on Easter Sunday of 2025. Talk about a rebirth! I have diligently been attending services and Bible study groups ever since. I love my new Faith in God, Jesus and the Holy Spirit!

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
I am confident in my ability to help you and your family, and am looking to build a strong and lasting relationship with our community of people and animals, alike. I believe honesty is the best policy when communicating to my clients about their dog, even if it’s not what they expected to hear.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
Calvary Chapel in Cincinnati/Fairfield is the best! I wholly support their mission of Simply Teaching the Bible, Simply!

21st Century Financial exists to help people make a difference in their financial lives through holistic financial guidance. We are independent financial advisors and will always make recommendations in the client’s best interest. We are results-driven, not transaction-driven.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
Early on in life, as a young teen, I talked my parents into getting a checking account vs paying all their bills with money orders. One condition: they required me to take care of their checking account. I realized then how overwhelming and confusing money management could be for many individuals and families, and I wanted to be someone who could bring them clarity and confidence.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
I was born into a Christian home, but it was through a combination of personal experiences and meaningful relationships in my early years that allowed me to see Jesus and to really want Him as part of my life. Since then, my faith has been an ongoing journey of growth, hope, and a deepened relationship with God.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
My faith impacts the way I do business in every aspect. It shapes my values, my decisions, and the way I treat clients and colleagues. I believe that integrity, honesty, and servant-hearted leadership are essential in any business relationship, and my faith reinforces those principles. I view my work as a way to serve others. That means being genuinely attentive to the needs of the people I work with, providing them with honest guidance, and doing what is in their best interest—even if it doesn’t benefit me directly.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
I believe that understanding how to manage money wisely is not just a practical skill, but a spiritual discipline. Helping individuals and families learn how to budget, save, give, and plan for the future through a biblical lens can be incredibly freeing and empowering. It’s fulfilling to see people experience peace and purpose in their financial lives as they align their decisions with God’s principles.

Wayne Overhead Door Sales and Home Improvements has been serving families and businesses in the Miami Valley since 1965. We provide professional garage door sales, installation, and repair, as well as entry doors, roofing, siding, gutters, and other home improvement services. Our mission has always been to treat every customer with honesty, respect, and care, while delivering high-quality workmanship you can trust.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
Our story began in 1965, When my father-in-law, Darrell Yoder and his brother-in-law, Charles Kauffman started Wayne Doors. After several years Darrell became the sole owner of Wayne Overhead Door Sales of Dayton Inc. In 2000 my wife and I purchased Wayne Overhead Door Sales of Dayton and included Home Improvements. Over the years, as our community grew, so did our services. Generations of families have trusted us with their homes, businesses, and we’ve expanded to offer complete exterior improvements while staying true to our roots in garage doors.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
As a young child, I remember riding the church bus across town and being introduced to the Lord. Over the years, my little grandma, Irene would always invite me to church and give spiritual support. I recalled looking up to my Uncle Buddy (Carl Levine), being a shoulder to lean on and giving me guidance. I became older, failing, struggling, and needing to find my way, I would find myself derailing. Over time I came to realize that I could not survive without Christ in my life and being in His word.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
I have always felt the Lord put me on earth to help others. Our faith shapes everything we do. We believe in being transparent, keeping our word, and serving our customers with integrity. We view our work not just as a job, but as a ministry opportunity, to show Christ’s love through excellent service, fair pricing, and genuine care for the people we serve.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
We support local churches, youth programs, and family outreach ministries because we believe strong families and strong faith build strong communities. We are especially passionate about supporting organizations that help children and families in need, reflecting the love and compassion Christ calls us to show.

Dry Ally is a customer service business working in the Restoration industry. We focus on emergency water damage, fire damage, and mold remediation. Although we primarily get paid by insurance companies, we work for the property owners and our primary goal is to ensure great customer service that matches our great service.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
I spent 15 years in the insurance industry – 6 years as an Insurance Risk Consultant and 9 years as an Insurance Property Adjuster. I took the leap from corporate insurance to restoration because I was no longer feeling fulfilled by my corporate job, and I wanted to have the ability to make my own way in order to better help my family. Things started changing for me once my corporate employer started making me take my computer and work phone with me on vacations. On the day of my sister’s wedding, I was told to be checking my email throughout the day, regardless of the day’s events. That is when I knew I needed something different for myself and my family.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
I grew up in the Catholic faith, going to church every Sunday. I started attending Sunday School in Kindergarten and a private Catholic school until 8th grade. My relationship with God had its ups and downs when I was in my young twenties, but through those valleys, it has only made my faith stronger as I get older. Today my family and I attend Mt. Carmel Christian Church and have been there for over 15 years.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
It sounds cliché, but we are a service-first business. We focus less on the total amount of the work and focus more on how we can help/serve those we’re helping and our community. It can be simple things that can make a large impact, like shoveling driveways and sidewalks in the winter when we’re working job sites, pulling weeds from flower beds and yards on our final day on a job site, cleaning dishes for a family, or simply taking time to talk with an elderly customer who may not be as active as they once were. We don’t believe in rushing the work to get paid. We believe in making an impact on those lives we come into contact with to make a difference and a lasting impression for the better. We leave every job site better than how we found it.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
Foster Care & Adoption:
My wife and I spent 7 years as foster parents – fostering 10 children from all walks of life. We’ve fostered children as young at 4 weeks old who were born addicted to alcohol and heroin. We’ve fostered sibling sets of children with emotional and cognitive challenges. And, we’ve been blessed to have adopted our two older children from foster care who suffered from horrific events in their past. Foster Care and Adoption will forever have our hearts, and we’ll always be a champion for it.

Education & Mentorship:
In my spare time, I work with local high schools and middle schools trying to connect and mentor children who are interested in business and entrepreneurship. I’ve been working with the youth for 20 years (some are now married and having children of their own) mentoring and trying to be a positive role model.

Master Provisions is a backbone for food insecurity in the tri-state area. We work with over 200 agencies throughout the region to get food into the hands of those who need it most.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
When I returned to school for my second degree, I wanted to use that degree along with my God given talents for His glory. Well, God opened the door to my first ministry position, and since then, I’ve had the privilege of serving in different roles, each one preparing me for the next. Earlier this year, He led me into the world of fundraising, where I now get to connect resources with ministry in a way that advances His Kingdom.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
I grew up in the church, always believing in God and knowing who Jesus was, but it wasn’t until adulthood that He drew me closer and my faith became real and deeply rooted. By then, I had lived long enough to look back and clearly see His presence at different points in my life. That realization stirred a curiosity in me—what did Scripture really say? Around that time, I discovered contemporary Christian music, began getting more involved in my local church, and my faith grew even stronger. Although I had been baptized as an infant, I wanted to make that choice for myself, so I was rebaptized as an adult. That moment marked the true beginning of my ministry journey.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
I strive to honor God in both word and deed in every business interaction. That’s one of the reasons I find such joy in working in ministry—it’s a chance to bring a little bit of heaven down to earth and shine His light into a weary world. I know it may sound cliché, but when you truly stop and think about it, it’s an incredible and exciting privilege.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
I’ve had the unique privilege of serving in a variety of ministries—teaching ministry, worship ministry, and now the hands-and-feet side of ministry. Each role has given me a deeper and broader perspective of the Body of Christ in action. Across every position, one passion has remained constant: championing every possible opportunity for ministries and Christian business leaders to partner together. My heart is to see these partnerships impact culture and carry forward the ministry of Jesus, just as He did while on earth.

Women Are Gold is a human trafficking prevention organization dedicated to reshaping the futures of young women and girls in Cambodia. Our mission centers on empowering and uplifting these young women, offering them a clear pathway to a brighter and hope-filled future.

We firmly believe that education is the cornerstone of this future, which is why we provide essential monthly support to help young women from disadvantaged families stay in school and reach their full potential.

In addition, we offer comprehensive anti-trafficking training programs designed for our beneficiaries, their families, and the wider community, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to protect themselves and foster resilience against trafficking.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
In 2015, I took a short-term mission trip to Thailand and Cambodia with an international anti-trafficking organization. During this trip, I encountered and interacted with young women who were trafficked. The trip was life-changing, and I felt compelled to get involved in the mission and do my part to help end human trafficking.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
I grew up in a Christian home; church and faith in God was always a part of my life.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
My faith is the cornerstone of the work I do with Women Are Gold. We are Christian organization and we believe in spreading the gospel through our actions and our programs.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
We focus on the prevention and eradication of human trafficking, which we view as the greatest injustice imaginable. We believe that God has a plan for the young women we work with. Our goal is to help them discover that plan so they can lead impactful and hope-filled lives.

The mission of the Christian Blue Pages is to rally the body of Christ in support of one another in business and ministry across denominational, racial, and ethnic lines through our print, web, and mobile app Christian business directory community.

Useful search tools guide consumers to direct financial resources towards Kingdom-minded Christian-owned and operated businesses. Support Christian Businesses – we found them for you.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
I was leading the Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS) chapter at the University of Cincinnati, and was asked by a friend and Christian business owner from my church if I’d be interested in selling advertising for a new company that he, a pastor in Dayton, and a captain in the Air Force at Wright Patterson had started. They were planning on releasing a Christian business directory for the first time that fall of 1991 that covered the CIN, DAY, and COL areas.

The FCS leader at the University of Dayton, and the FCS leader at the Ohio State University (my sister Julene) were also asked, and we all accepted and formed the initial sales team of what now has, for over 30 years, been known as the Christian Blue Pages.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
I was raised in a church, and knew about Christ (and believed in Him), but never really understood what that all really meant. After graduating from Ohio State, I moved to Cincinnati to start a career in sports broadcasting, and moved in with two born-again believers (that my sister set me up with) in an apartment just off the UC campus.

After doing “my own thing” for a couple months, I began to notice my roommates were living purposeful, others-centered lives, and believed in a God that was bigger than the God I had believed in growing up.

I started reading the Bible, starting with the Gospels, then came to Romans 5:8 “God demonstrates His own love towards us in this, that while we’re still sinners, Christ died for us.” I realized I was a sinner in need of a Savior, and that Savior was Jesus. I repented of my sins, surrendered my life to Christ, and have been taking up my cross and following Him ever since.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
I have come to realize that there should be no sacred vs. secular divide between your personal life and your business life. As long as the work we do is not sinful, every occupation/job is sacred in the eyes of God.

I believe I’m a missionary disguised as an advertising executive, called to do to three main things: encourage Christians in business to intentionally incorporate their faith in the way they operate in business, to exhort the body of Christ to support one another in business and ministry across denominational and racial lines, and to be an inspiring worshipper of the Lord before the eyes of a watching world.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
By the grace of God and the work I do, I have been blessed to champion many Christian non-profits, including marketplace ministries like At Work on Purpose and G7 Networking, pro-life ministries like Life Forward and Hope Rising, and life-transforming ministries like City Gospel Mission and the Dayton Gospel Mission.

We operate 4 full power Christian Radio stations and two translators covering Springfield, Dayton, Cincinnati, Columbus, Newark, Zanesville and Marion in Ohio. We also cover northern Kentucky, eastern Kentucky, Western West Virginia and Eastern Indiana.

We are a 501c3 non-profit ministry. Our primary stations here in the Dayton/Columbus/Cincinnati area are 50,000 watt signals: Hope 100.7 and 93.7 The Light

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
I grew up with my family attending a small church just over an hour north of Dayton. We didn’t have much of a youth group and being in a public school for K-12 I discovered I needed help between the Sundays to stay on track spiritually. WEEC (Hope 100.7) provided that help for me. So when I was looking at career options I felt the calling to Full-time service in Christian Radio. Not long after getting my broadcasting degree from Liberty I came to work for the station I grew up listening to.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
I was saved out of a life of violent crime and drugs at the age of 6! Seriously, that early commitment saved me from a whole lot of bad things. My sister led me to the Lord. She certainly knew I needed a Savior and I soon came to agree with her.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
First of all my faith impacts the way I treat people. God’s Word has so much to say about how Christ followers should interact with others and how to represent Him well by making sure you have integrity in all of your interactions. I don’t always get it right but the Bible along with the guidance of the Holy Spirit are what I lean on.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
I am a man of few interests I guess. I champion Christian Radio both domestic and International. Radio can go anywhere. People that wouldn’t think about going to church can hear the Gospel in the privacy of their car or truck and God can and has used that to change their hearts and their eternal destiny. I’ve also heard from so many through the years who, like me in my teen years, lean heavily on Christian radio to battle this world system and stay close to Jesus.

Continental Roof is Cincinnati’s premier roofing company servicing the Greater Cincinnati & Greater Dayton area.

Whether your roof is aging or has suffered damage from recent severe weather, we are here to provide with you fast, affordable, quality service. Our team has decades of experience, and can have your roof good-as-new in as little as one day.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
No inspiration, just needed a job!

I read an ad in the Houston Post (no longer exists) for Roofing Salesmen Needed no Experience Necessary…and 30+ years later hereI am. The inspiration behind why I started my own roofing company was that I got tired of being turned down by my bosses when I wanted to start a Free Roof Program for families in need…so I founded Continental Roof Company to giveaway roofs.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
I was raised in the Catholic faith, but drifted away in my late teenage years. It took some eye opening moments in my life for me to realize that there was truly something behind the miracles I had witnessed; they weren’t coincidence or happenstance.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
My Faith impacts Everything I do, not just my business. Owning a business is hard work and can be very stressful. Balancing “Giving” with profits is difficult. My Faith has allowed me to breath when those moments seem bigger that what they are. I’ve allowed God to make those decisions and carry that weight.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
Dragonfly Foundation (to help children with cancer) and Project Parasol (to help in-stall new roofs for families who cannot afford to). But anything or anyone that needs to be lifted up is my ministry as an Empath, I feel someone else’s emotion. It allows me a moment to lend a hand or give a simple gesture that may change that persons day to the better.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
Life is a JOURNEY that takes a lifetime to cultivate is not just some cliche to me but a lived real-life experience.

As a child, I had DREAMS of becoming a “missionary” without fully understanding what it truly meant. As an adult, I was graced with the opportunity to serve in the US ARMY and experienced cultivated travel experiences in South Korea and all over the USA from New Hampshire to California.

Although I never became a missionary, travel is my passion and in my leisure, I have traveled to Central America and several Caribbean Islands to include the Bahamas, Haiti, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Honduras, Belize, Jamaica, Cayman Islands, and the ABC Islands of Aruba and Curacao. I have been on a total of six cruises with Royal, Carnival, Celebrity, and Virgin Voyages, and my first two as a solo traveler. I still have a few “bucket list” travel DREAMS to include Europe, Africa, and maybe Alaska, lol…

How did you come to faith in Christ?
I came to faith in Christ in my teenage years and developed a solid relationship with God as a young adult and my personal relationship has and continues to grow stronger in my middle adult years. One of my favorite scriptures, “I can do all things through Christ which strengthens me” (Philippians 4:13), reminds me that the choice of accepting God as my Lord and Savior was and continues to be the best decision I’ve ever made.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
My faith is the foundation of everything I seek, think, walk, lead, live, follow, and keep, which coincides with how I conduct my travel business. Another favorite scripture that inspires me as it pertains to my business is:” You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you so that you might go and bear fruit—fruit that will last—and so that whatever you ask in my name the Father will give you. This is my command: Love each other” (John 15:16-17). I know the fruits of my labor are not in vain, and whatever is lost, be it monetary, time, or effort, God will never disappoint.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
Honestly, I don’t have a specific cause or ministry at the moment, but travel is hospitality. I know that God loves his creation- mankind/humanity. God is everywhere in the marketplace, churches, schools, neighborhoods, and even on leisure & land cruises and vacations, lol… It is truly in Him that we live, move, and have our being. I am humbly grateful to have the resources, passion, and fortitude to serve in the Travel & Tourism industry.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
Navigating the real estate process initially for me was a very daunting and overwhelming task. At that time, years ago, I had so many questions, and I often felt like I wasn’t getting the clear, honest answers I needed. That experience sparked a passion in me. I realized how vulnerable people can feel during such a huge life transition, and I knew I wanted to be the one who could provide that clarity and support. Coupled with my desire to improve our community, real estate was the perfect path for me.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
Growing up, my grandparents’ unwavering faith in Christ left an indelible mark on me. Witnessing the profound impact their devotion and exemplary lives had on others inspired me. As I navigated life’s journey, I personally experienced God’s transformative power, which drew me closer to Him.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
Faith shapes how I interact with clients, negotiate deals, and ultimately, how I define success. Honesty and integrity aren’t just buzzwords for me; they’re non-negotiable principles rooted in my belief in treating others as I’d want to be treated. I strive to build relationships based on trust and transparency, prioritizing my clients’ needs above all else. I view each transaction as an opportunity to serve, not just to close a deal. I believe in conducting business with compassion and a commitment to ethical practices, knowing that my work reflects my values and my faith.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
As part of my business, I give back to the community by volunteering at local food pantries and participating in the Meals on Wheels (MOW) program. I’ve been on the receiving end of others’ generosity, and it’s important to me to pay it forward.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
When I was growing up, I was desperate for mentorship. A neighbor of mine was very intentional in teaching me about Christ and I clearly remember the first time God answered a prayer, through an encouraging conversation with him. As an adult, he asked me to consider coming to join this ministry.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
When I was twelve years old, my older brother took me to a Christian Rock concert – Petra – where I first remembered hearing the Gospel.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
This ministry is all about the Gospel message and we’re privileged to meet with women and families during a critical time in their lives.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
I really believe in the issue of life. Many of my family members are here today, though they were “unplanned.” Women and families need hope during a time of uncertainty to realize the joy that children are.

My purposes for writing my books are:

  • To offer practical information to help others prevail over life-impacting crises.
  • To minister healing and hope to wounded souls.
  • To facilitate study and application of Bible principles.
  • To make readers aware of their value to God, His Kingdom, and society.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
My first book was written and used as a manual for Women’s Ministry workshops and seminars. It was used in prisons, on college campuses and in churches throughout the United States and abroad. As time went on, I experienced several personal crises including, being widowed at 44 years old, becoming a single parent, and dealing with the rebellion of my children. These experiences quickly expanded the scope of my ministry and birthed more books.

How did you come to faith in Christ?
I was raised by two remarkable Christian parents. Their daily lives were the driving force that gave me a hunger for Jesus. I gave my life to Him at the age of 18. That was the all-time best decision I have ever made. I only wish I had done it sooner.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?
My faith is “why” I have a business. Although I am well educated and have had a very successful professional career, since age 18 my major focus has been to tell others about Jesus and how He can affect their lives. I cannot imagine writing about anything else.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
Because I am a victorious woman, my ministry focuses on educating, equipping, and encouraging others, through my knowledge of God’s Word and the lessons I learned along the way.

The hardest time of my life was when my husband of 20 years died, at the age of 50. Because we did “all of the right things” (confessing Scripture, standing in faith, etc.) I felt like I was being punished. I was broken, disappointed, and confused, as were my teenage children. Initially I had no one in my “circle” who had experienced widowhood.

The process of transitioning from a place of sorrow to a new place of joy, and subsequently rebuilding my life, involved some trial and error, unlimited study of the Word and prayer. Little did I know that my most difficult times were not punishment, because they prepared me to minister to others with more compassion and zeal than I could have ever imagined.

We are a home care Agency that supports our clients with hygiene care, meal preparation, light housekeeping, running errands, appointments, and transportation assistance. We also provide behavioral care paraprofessional services for youths experiencing crisis and trauma-related issues. We customize client care by ensuring a familiar team of caregivers who are there to help clients and assist them in doing the things that are important to and for them.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do today?

As a very young child, I had a spiritual experience that took on meaning in my adult years. Reflecting on my childhood experience, I became convinced that God called me into service/ministry of healthcare, so I went to Nursing School and graduated. After many years of hospital and facility work, I found my niche in community health. I became convinced that people who want to continue living in their homes should have the support to stay for as long as they desire. I started Tri-County Visiting Nurses, LLC 18 years ago to assist people with daily living within their homes and communities.

How did you come to faith in Christ?

While in high school, I attended a revival service organized by the school’s Fellowship of Christian Students (FCS). It was there that I understood that God designed me to be His worshipper, and made a blood sacrifice through his son, Jesus, to reconcile me to Him. I then made a decision to turn by life and will over to God.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?

I strive to run the Agency on Godly principles. My motto in conducting business is to do everything as Jesus would, and we strive to model and teach these same principles to all staff.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?

I work closely with The Helping Team International (HTI), an organization that supports underserved communities to improve their well-being while spreading the good news of Christianity. My belief is that everyone should feel safe in their communities, have access to healthcare, enough self-care resources, basic education, and hear the good news.

With over 25 years of investment advisory experience, Jarvis Global offers a full array of portfolio options to serve the specific needs of each individual client. Jarvis Global Investments has embraced our fiduciary duty to always place our clients’ interests first.

Whether navigating their retirement or padding a nest egg for the future, we have the experience and knowledge to help. And the relationships we build are personal — you can see this in our strong client loyalty.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do today?

Even as a high school student, I had a strong interest in Finance, Economics, and the financial markets. Numbers and analytics have always come easy for me. More importantly, I have come to thoroughly enjoy collaborating with clients on a personal basis to create a goal-driven strategy to help them achieve their life dreams.

How did you come to faith in Christ?

I have always tried to put Christ in the driver’s seat of my life. From the time I was 8 years old and voluntarily walked to the front of our church to profess my belief in Jesus and his death and resurrection on the cross for my sins, to taking a leadership role in Fellowship of Christian Athletes in college, and to leading the International Fellowship of Christian Businessmen more recently, I have strived to place my personal, business, and spiritual path in God’s hands. As far back as I can recollect, there have always been Christian mentors either helping to guide me or bringing me back on God’s path.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?

I try to conduct my business with as much love as possible. Whether it is showing patience with clients, grace to my employees, praying for direction in managing my business, or making sure every decision is for the benefit of those who have placed their trust in Jarvis Global Investments, I have come to view Jarvis not as a business, but as a ministry to reflect the values that God would want presented to the world, and as a vehicle to share the talents and resources that God has placed in my care.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?

Jarvis Global has had the pleasure of taking roles in a number of organizations over the years. Whether it is local schools, kids’ sports, endowments, food pantries, charitable organizations, civic organizations, etc… Jarvis believes that by raising the bar in one area of the community other bars are raised too. More recently we have redirected our focus to make sure we are concentrating on good works more than simply virtuous deeds. We want to make sure that the organizations that we support are glorifying God as they work to make others lives a little more rewarding, enjoyable, and secure.

Revamped Home Group is a respected husband-and-wife real estate team at Red One Realty, dedicated to serving Central Ohio. Our mission is to love and serve our neighbors and communities, partnering with our clients to make their real estate dreams a reality.

With over 20 years of executive experience in client service, vendor relations, and team management, we bring unparalleled expertise to the real estate industry. Committed to making a positive impact, we donate 10% of our earnings to charitable organizations focused on affordable housing, food security, and addiction recovery.

We would be honored to work with you and together, reimagine and revitalize our communities.

What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do today?

Serving our clients and our communities! We were inspired to pursue a career in real estate by the opportunity to guide families through one of the largest financial decisions of their lives. Being part of such a pivotal moment in their journey is deeply rewarding.

Additionally, we are passionate about giving back to the community causes of affordable housing, food security and addiction recovery through the process, ensuring that our work not only serves our clients but also contributes to the greater good.

How did you come to faith in Christ?

Over 10 years ago, a mentor challenged us to visit 10 different local churches and, if we found one we liked, to stay and give it a shot. The fourth church on our list became our church family and has remained so to this day. Through this journey, God rescued us from the muck and the mire, revealed His way for living life, and continues to amaze us each and every day.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?

Our faith calls us to love and serve our neighbors. This means not only serving our clients to the best of our ability but also extending that same care to the customer on the other side of the table, the cooperating real estate agent, all transaction partners, and our community as a whole. We view each interaction as one of critical importance—an opportunity to reflect the love of Jesus to everyone we encounter.

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?

As part of our real estate business, we run a program called Closings with a Cause. This initiative allows us to give the first 10% of any earned commissions back to community organizations focused on affordable housing, food security, and addiction recovery. We believe that by supporting these vital causes, we can make a tangible difference in the lives of those in need and contribute to building stronger, healthier communities.

How did you come to faith in Christ?

I was raised in the church as a young man, attended VBS, was baptized, and have been a believer since.

How does your faith impact the way you do business?

I always lead with honesty and integrity and remember this Bible verse when related to business – Colossians. 3:23

What ministry/cause do you champion and why?

Being as good a human as you can be, meeting people in their homes as they are, ministering to their needs, and trying our best to look at them through the lens of Jesus. No judgment—just walk alongside them and help them through not-so-good situations sometimes.
