What first inspired you to get into your line of work? And what motivates you to do the work you do still today?
My dad passed away and left me some money and I wanted to find a way to create a difference for my family and community. I found Creative for sale and decided to buy it and help provide amazing flooring solutions for our community.
How did you come to faith in Christ?
I grew up in the faith and walked away from Christ in college. When I met my wife I came back and have fallen in love with what it means to follow Christ. His example of loving everyone despite who or what they have done has inspired me.
How does your faith impact the way you do business?
I try to use my business to show that love can win in life and in business. My team and customers can see that we do the right thing and love others in any way we can.
What ministry/cause do you champion and why?
I’m on the board for Open Arms Adoption where we focus on creating forever families for kids and parents who may have found it difficult to adopt or be adopted. We focus on keeping sibling groups together and create loving family relationships.
